The Lionsgate Apartments Phase 1 project consisted of four, four story wood framed buildings totaling 319,520 square feet.  Built in severe winter conditions, American Pride Buiders Inc, provided turnkey trade ready framing in 78 days and was an important factor in the timely and sucessful completion of the project.
