Our equipment, technology and product process ensures precise cuts, exact sizing, completely square walls, floors and roof systems.
Each component of each floor, wall and roof system is carefully engineered to meet the site, soil, wind, snow and seismic load requirements at the lowest possible cost.
Please note the minimization of waste, the repurposing of off fall material to solid wood blocking and other well managed ideas and processes all designed to help us become a steward of our environment and engage in responsible and sustainable conduct every day for every project.
You will see that we install and properly seal every window in every exterior wall thereby minimizing air and moisture penetration. Our protection team members are fully trained in proper installation and moisture seal applications.
Our 2 x 6 walls can utilize an R-21 eco friendly formaldehyde free insulation system which is enhanced by the installation of 2” of rigid foam over the structural orient standard board sheathing. This unique system creates a very high level of thermal performance at a surprisingly affordable price.
Our production process includes a 310 point item by item quality control inspection process whereby each team member inspects and signs off on each and every production process item.
Our experience in exporting our products to ten different countries over the past 25 years results in properly packed containers, accurate customer paperwork and the lowest possible shipping costs.
